In May 2008 Our Lady of Mt. Thabor hosted one
of six Monstrances blessed by Pope John Paul II. The six Monstrances
have gone to six continents for adoration and prayers for vocations
to the Priesthood and Religious Life.
Many friends attended the Morning Mass, Evening
Vespers and Hours of Adoration throughout the day, praying for
Vocations to this Community and throughout the Church.
Our Chaplain, Fr. Carlos led the community in
a Eucharistic Procession around the Monastery grounds singing
traditional hymns of praise, adoration and thanksgiving.
